These buttons call history.pushState and do not reload the page. GTM emits a History event (gtm.historyChange-v2) for every one of them. "History | SPA Route Change" (pixel PageViews) only fires when Const | Toggle SPA History = true. Hash-only changes (#pricing) also need Const | Toggle SPA Hash Routes = true, which is off by default because most #fragments are in-page anchors. replaceState never counts.
